Your privacy is very important to us. We acknowledge that sometimes, our service is used by Agents or Advocates on behalf of family members, patients, friends, and other third parties. If so, we ask that Agents or Advocates represent and warrant that you have the authority and permission, in each instance, to provide the Client’s name, personal health and contact information to a Service Provider and that his/her duly authorized lawful guardian is aware of your intentions to seek a Service Provider on their behalf and that they have authorized you to do so |

DATA COLLECTED. We collect your name, business address and email address for purposes of sending you information updates about the website, newsletters, and special offers. We also use your name and email address to verify your account in conjunction with your password. We keep the standard web logs that contain your IP address, page URL, and timestamp to help us diagnose problems with the server, to administer the Site, and to provide our service to you. We do not collect your credit card information. Your payments are processed through Paypal using your Paypal Account, other credit card companies you use or direct bank transfers. Please do not pose any personal information on the Site that you expect to keep private. |

STORED DATA. All details provided on a particular service or facility is erased when the facility or service is deleted and/or account associated with it is closed; except for the initial contact information available to the public from government agencies. All account information is deleted when the account is closed and any facility or service (if applicable) associated with the account is returned back to Unregistered status. Although we make good faith efforts to store the information in a secure operating environment that is not available to the public, we cannot guarantee complete security. |
